Archived Blogs

I started making a topigraphical index in 2003. These older blogs are just listed by the date that ended their week. Sorry it makes finding stuff a bit more difficult, but at least now you'll have a reason to slough through it all.

2002 Weekly Log Index

Please use the jump-box at right to find the blog you're interested in. I know it's difficult to find stuff when it's laid out like this. Please understand that as the site evolves, so too does the navigation. 2003 and 2004 blogs have a better index system. Deal with it.

Here are some highlights...

WEEK ENDING AUGUST 11, 2002:
My pal Bernal made his transition, Eddie Bauer started discriminating against their customers that require extended sizes, and I attended the
02 Up Yer Alley Festival AKA The Dore Alley Street Fair

WEEK ENDING MARCH 31, 2002
I came back to San Francisco and had to recover from my whirlwind trip to the Oscars in LA, the Java One conference came to town. As did my pal Gary from London and Dan from NYC. As if that wasn't enough, it was also EASTER...

WEEK ENDING JUNE 09, 2002
I was recovering from Puppy's Bday party from the week before and lucky to get my pal Rob's reports about the World Cup frenzy sweeping Brittain. He had yet to be diagnosed with cancer of the salivary gland and now that he's made his transition, I look back at the portions of email I saved and I'm glad he had so much fun before moving on. I also got a sad report during that week in 02, Trisha O'Conner made her transition. My other Brittish Trish came to visit and religious extremists protested various gay and lesbian events in SF. It was a strange week for Marks as well because I met a different one every day of that week. I was lucky to attend a couple of screenings at the queer film fest too. June is always a hectic month in SF.
