This is the year of Tranny visibility. Intersexed hermaphrodites and drag queens were the subjects of many of the films in this year's festival and it seemed like they were popping up on cable based reality shows and they've been a staple of mainstream chat shows for years.

I got to Castro and 18th and waited for the marchers to arrive. I was perfectly positioned to get some great video and then a Muni Bus pulled in to the stop on the corner and the cops wouldn't let it move because of the march... needless to say, I had to rush down Castro Street and the results of my efforts appears below.
