Vogue Battle With house of New Wave Hookers

I was recruited by the House of New Wave Hookers to walk with them at a Vogue Battle before Pink Saturday. I've been in quite a few Vogue Battles back in the 80's and early 90's they're more antagonistic and chaotic than a Vogue Ball and I was really looking forward to the anarchic energy that comes with busting out some fierce maneuvers. As luck would have it, the cops busted the venue about two hours before we were scheduled to begin so we decided to meet up with the House of Play at Pink Saturday and just battle them ghetto style in the street. ---MORE-->

Finding Friends Along The Way

It seemed like I lost most of the New Wave Hookers seconds after arriving at the Pink Saturday celebration. So I just started wandering on my own. I found a few friends along the way and I was surprised how many people didn't recognize me in my wig and glasses - still, I had fun getting people to try them on.
