Donated Shoes

On his last cross country trip, Wolf discovered a lone tree next to the freeway in Utah. It's been dubbed, "The Shoe Tree" because motorists leave their shoes in it's branches. I donated my old blue Adidas.

Wolf's Going Away Party

Wolf's alter-ego, Sister Beatty has hosted BaDaBingo for a number of years. He has been a member of my tall club for a couple of years and a friend of mine much longer. Last year he bought a duplex in Maine and now he's ready to move out there to enjoy it.

Fashionably Late...

The eVite said the party started at 9, but I stayed home waiting for Irwin to pick me up. When we arrived, Wolf was on the mic and announced our arrival with a lot of fan fare. Irwin was mortified, he was hoping we could just slip in unnoticed. I guess he forgot I'm almost seven feet tall and am almost never unobtrusive. The whole repartee was just so Wolf and I'm glad we got to experience his quick wit to such an extent before he moved to Maine.

Bingo Bears

While I didn't know a lot of the people at the party, I had seen many of the faces at BaDaBingo over the years. Everyone was really friendly and the food looked good, but I'd already eaten... leave it to the bears to bring quite a spread.
