2004 Independence Day
This year, I couldn't be bothered to trudge up to the fireworks
on my own. Irwin and his brother were so non-commital about
their plans to drive up again that I just decided to watch
the fireworks on TV where it was warm.
The fog in SF ruined the fireworks for a lot of people, but
from the TV coverage I saw, San Jose had the best show in
the Bay Area. Perhaps next year I'll make an effort to get
down there for the party!
