I think my pal Angel was full

Maybe being 6ft10 means he can hold more alcohol, but I still think he was a bit full when I saw him at the Eagle. With a beer in one hand and a shot of tequilia in the other, he made his way through the crowd.

I've been to this event before:

Last year's event was rated: 4

New for '03, quartknee.com introduces a new event metric for San Francisco Street Fairs.

Greg Roberts and his crew

It was great to run into my pal Greg on the sidewalk. He had just finished a wander with his buddies and they were off for a dance.

Da Rugger Buggers

Not surprised to see Fransico and Drew stumbling around SOMA on a Sunday. They were gracious enough to chat me up a bit before feigning an exit for food.

Santiago

Such a fixture at these types of events... Santiago was again working the whole white ensemble thing. With all of the black leather, it's certainly one way to stand out.

The Drag-on Duo

These lovlie ladies left a photo shoot near the dance area to chat with me and give me updates on our pal Christie's pregnancy and info about Peaches, who apparently will be playing in SF again in October.

Pete King

I only saw my pal Pete King for all of a millisecond at the street fair. He popped up at the Eagle later in the day and after hanging out there together, we went off to the Lone Star. I left him on the patio as Terry and I went grocery shopping...

Terry

After a long day of shmoozing and boozing, my pal Terry decided to tag along with me as I ended the day with a tour of Rainbow Grocery for my weekly round of food shopping.
