Freedom Day Parade

I slept in a bit after my late night at the Pink Saturday celebrations. I got to the parade about 12:30 and it was in full swing.

How gay is it to have a rainbow covered table slathered with tons of food in a corded off area of sidewalk? I thought it was hyper fab to find some friends in a makeshift "VIP Room" set up on the sidewalk.

Quiet coyote isn't allowed

Jason Kelley didn't have to use his indoor voice to greet me in the sidewalk "VIP room". In the spirit of his ghetto fabulous greeting, I turned my visor sideways and kicked it with his hommies:

Teare rhymes with Queer

I wasn't very surprised to see Tom Teare and his pal Fred in the exclusive, catered section of sidewalk. They were kind enough to let me stand behind them to snap some pix of the parade...

Boycott Coors

The banner reads:

"Fight the Ultra Right
BOYCOTT COORS"

I've never seen Coors sold in gay bars. The boycott is like 30 years old. The Coors family does everything it can to impose their religious views on the rest of the country which is bad for business when you have a gay son. Even though they set him up to do PR and outreach to the G&L "community" we're not buying it! So slag the silver bullet!
