Santiago was having a little fashion emergency. It was his first time in drag, unless you count last week's outfit... and you'd have to leave out last year's ensemble as well.

Castro Street Fair

This year, I basically walked around a little bit and just parked myself and found a bunch of friends as they wandered by. I spent a lot of time with my pal Coe. I haven't seen him since the Up Yer Alley Street Fair. He was back in town for the weekend and I got so engrossed in our heart to heart talk that I guess I forgot to take a photo.

Ron's little friend was having a fashion emergency.

Jason and Rick

I haven't seen Jason at the gym for ages and thought he may have left the city. He kinda did, in that he left the gym. Now he goes to a far more posh gym near the Embarcadero. I haven't seen Rick, his ginger-bear BF since the Freedom Day Parade in June and it was really nice hanging out with them again...

My pal Jon

I was pleasantly surprised to run into my little friend Jon. He's only 6ft7 but he's still a ski instructor up in Tahoe. He's apparently getting ready for the ski season this year with a final farewell to summer in the city at the Castro Street Fair. He's got a new BF in SF so maybe I'll get to see more of him. He does a fantastic Cher impression and that might be incentive enough to trek up to Tahoe for a visit!
