Heavy on the Yin Vibe

The crowd was really festive and well behaved. The Dyke March ends in the Castro when Pink Saturday begins. I found these wimin enjoying the DJ stylings of Paige Hodel up on Market Street.

Party at the petrol station

Here's another group of friends I ran into... I call them my Amsterdam crew. I met them in SF at a party about five years ago.

Sam (the blond in this pic) moved to Amsterdam after I moved to London. The only time I ever really see these three (l to r -Sam, Lindsey, and Mikey) is in Amsterdam or at the High Homo Holidays; Pride™, Folsom Street Fair, Castro Street Fair, Halloween or NYE.

Accentuate the pinkishness

A few people got into the spirit of the event and put together some fun ensembles. This groover was working the pink theme with the shades. There were other themes going on as well...

This guy couldn't decide what to wear, but he didn't let that stop him from getting out to the party.

He was dashing about interviewing people, though I'm sure the microphone was connected to nothing more than his drug-tinged imagination.
