Currently, Quartknee.com is a digital scrapbook. Throughout its illustrious history it has been equal parts blog, joke-repository, piss-take corporation and all around vanity site. Now that sites like Facebook and MySpace do those things much better then we ever could, we hope that the narrow focus of Quartknee.com makes it even more socially relevant than ever before.
Quartknee.com in the past
While it's not an exhastive record of all of the changes over the years, Archive.org has been taking snapshots of Quartknee.com since 2001. You can see how this site has evolved over time by checking out their Way Back section>>>
Relics are constantly accumulated - as soon as they are organized and cataloged they will be added to the site. Links to ancient and embarrassing photos of Quartknee's evaporated youth can be found in the sidebar.

'Cyberia'
This book was written about what was going on in and around Silicon Valley in the early to mid 90's. It features my friends and I, our rave style parties and some of the technological milieu we found ourselves in well before the Internet became the latest quarterly profit enhancer, well before the rise of Internet shopping malls and dubious e-mail chain letters. On its initial release, this book made a significant impact, speeding up public acceptance of the Internet as a communications medium, and heralding the cultural 'future-shocks' regarding personal identity that acompanied the mainstreaming of the Web.
