Sunset Soundsystem hosted a cruise around the San Francisco Bay - with HNY SND SYSTM & Supper Club adding their music on the upper levels. When I found Galen at the end of the night to thank him for such an awesome party - he ended up thanking me for inspiring him. He said the whole reason he became a DJ & began producing parties was because he had so much fun at the Wicked & Toon Town events I produced back in the day. Somehow that made it so gratifying for me. The Honey Soundsystem are the newest wave of kids loving dance music, going for it & having a ton of fun and it warms my heart to see them branch out and form alliances with straight and mainstream DJs & producers. This party fullfilled House Music's age-old promise to bring black & white, gay & straight, brown & yellow: all together to dance as one. In such a beautiful setting with such beautiful music, wow.

Due to a power failure and a failure to back-up my data properly, all of the pre-2k and many of the Y2K events pages and pictures were lost. If you were there, you lived it - if not BELIEVE THE HYPE! A new millenium is a good time to move on anyway...
